Job Summary
Assist customers at the sales counter with product selection and order entry; provide service support and backup warehouse tasks including order picking and inventory control; maintain neat, accurate, and stocked counter/warehouse areas; occasional local deliveries; knowledge of electrical and plumbing products is a plus; forklift certification or experience preferred; requires 18+ and HS diploma or GED; customer-service oriented, reliable, detail-focused, and team-driven; physical duties include lifting up to 70 lbs and operating a pallet jack up to 350 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer service and sales experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-first attitude
- Knowledge of electrical and lighting products is a plus
- Work in a warehouse setting; some outdoor exposure; temperature is not controlled
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 70 pounds
- Must be able to push/pull pallet jack or cart weighing up to 350 lbs
- Forklift certification or experience (on-the-job certification will be provided)
- Ability to perform light driving/delivery duties via company truck
