Job Summary
Deliver high-level customer service with product expertise and selling skills while maintaining the store's appearance. Manage inventory, record received and shipped products, and prepare items for shipment. Collaborate with the Store Manager to handle scheduling, ordering, and open/close procedures when needed. Successfully complete all assigned training within the given timeframe and perform other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma, at least two years of related experience, knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This salaried non-exempt role offers a starting range of $46K-$59,850 annually, plus eligibility for bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
