Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service with product expertise and selling skills while maintaining store appearance. Manage inventory, record received and shipped products, and prepare items for shipment. Collaborate with the Store Manager to perform duties as needed, including scheduling, ordering, and executing open/close procedures. Complete all assigned training within the given timeframe. This salaried non-exempt role offers a starting range of $45,600-$59,850 annually, plus eligibility for bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health benefits. Candidates must possess at least two years of related experience, knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- At least 2 years related experience
