Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service with product expertise and selling skills to drive sales goals. Maintain store appearance, manage inventory, record received and shipped products, and prepare items for shipment. Collaborate with the Store Manager to perform scheduling, ordering, and open/close procedures as needed. Successfully complete all assigned training within the given timeframe and perform other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma, at least two years of related experience, knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years related experience
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong computer skills
- Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
