Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service with product expertise and selling skills while driving sales goals. Maintain store appearance, manage inventory, record received and shipped products, and prepare items for shipment. Collaborate with the Store Manager to perform open/close procedures, scheduling, and ordering when needed. Successfully complete all assigned training within the given timeframe. Perform other duties as assigned. This salaried non-exempt role offers a starting salary between $45,600 and $59,850 annually, with eligibility for bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years related experience
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
