Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service to HVAC contractors and walk-in customers by assisting with product selection, pricing, and order placement. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently while receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory as needed. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and answer product questions to identify solutions. Support branch operations by working closely with sales and warehouse teams and maintaining a clean, organized showroom environment. This role is part of Johnstone Supply The Balsan Group's commitment to supporting the HVAC industry through knowledgeable service and team collaboration.
