Job Summary
Counter Sales Associate at Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group: Greet and assist customers with HVAC products, provide product knowledge, answer questions on pricing and availability, process sales transactions using POS, upsell solutions, manage inventory and data/records, and support administrative tasks. You’ll deliver accurate inventory information, quotes, discounts, and tax calculations; escalate complex technical issues to the TSA or appropriate team. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Preferred: 2+ years of customer service or sales experience and HVAC industry familiarity.
