Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in finding the right HVAC products while answering questions regarding pricing, availability, and application. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, generate new and repeat business, and provide pricing, quotes, and tax calculations. Recommend solutions based on customer needs, upsell additional products, and follow up on sales inquiries. Assist with basic HVAC product questions, monitor stock levels, communicate replenishment needs, and maintain organized inventory. Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and phone support while maintaining accurate records. This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
