Job Summary
Greet customers, answer inquiries about HVAC products, pricing, and availability, and recommend tailored solutions based on their needs. Process sales transactions using POS systems, generate new and repeat business, and provide accurate quotes, discounts, and tax calculations. Monitor stock levels, communicate replenishment needs, and assist with stocking shelves while maintaining organized inventory. Support general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and phone/email inquiries. This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
