Job Summary
Assist customers with their needs and provide expert advice on HVAC/R products while ensuring the counter area remains organized and efficient. Guide your team to success by leading by example and driving sales to exceed customer expectations. Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional after-hours or weekend work based on business needs. Complete the initial application process and pass background and drug testing as required. Join a supportive team environment where employees are valued for their hard work.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years related experience and/or training in the HVAC/R industry
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a sales and service associate in the HVAC/R or similar industry
