Job Summary
Greet customers in-store and over the phone, providing HVAC/R technical support, product recommendations, and special ordering while resolving disputes and managing sales calls. Assist with system troubleshooting, research inventory across branches and distribution centers, and coordinate product transportation for out-of-stock items. Process transactions, manage cash drawers, handle returns, and maintain showroom cleanliness and inventory counts. Safeguard store assets, perform warehouse duties including forklift operation, and communicate demand fluctuations to management. Maintain general HVAC/R knowledge, follow pricing structures, and adhere to all company values and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1+ years of related experience and/or training in a wholesale/retail environment
- equivalent combination of education and experience
