Job Summary
Greet and advise customers on product selection and uses while assisting with paint and material choices. Process cash and credit card transactions, mix and tint paint to specifications, and accurately match colors. Handle phone inquiries and store orders for architectural, commercial, and industrial paint products. Load and unload delivery vehicles, deliver products safely using a company vehicle, and manage inventory and incoming stock. Perform miscellaneous store tasks including stocking and cleaning. Work Monday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible scheduling and no Sunday hours. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of paint and paint products frequently
- Basic computer skills
- Math skills
- Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors
- High school diploma or comparable certification (GED)
- Must be available for Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Must be available for Saturday shifts
- Must be available for Monday through Friday shifts
- Must be available for 7:00 am start times
- Must be available for 5:00 pm end times
- Must be available for 8:00 am start times
- Must be available for 4:00 pm end times
- Must be able to stand

Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English)
- Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service position
