Counter Sales Associate

Counter Sales Associate drives sales and customer satisfaction by assisting walk-in and telephone customers with product selection and order fulfillment. This role leverages product knowledge to solve customer needs and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities include pulling, packing, setting up orders for delivery or pickup, tracking order status, receiving shipments and inventory audits, providing accurate pricing and availability, greeting customers professionally, maintaining a clean counter and display, upselling complimentary products, adhering to pricing/credit guidelines, assessing customer needs to determine service level, collaborating with team, and following company policies.
