Counter Sales Associate

Conduct order fulfillment by pulling, filling, packing, and setting up deliveries or pickups while tracking statuses. Assist walk-in and telephone customers with product selection, pricing, and availability; resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed. Maintain deep product knowledge to upsell complementary items and follow company pricing guidelines. Keep the counter and display areas clean and organized while adhering to all Employee Handbook requirements. Collaborate with the team to share best practices and support a positive work environment. This role leverages technical knowledge to build lasting customer relationships within the Counter Sales department.
