Counter Sales Associate

Counter Sales Associate drives sales and customer satisfaction by assisting walk-in and telephone customers with product selection and order fulfillment. This role leverages technical knowledge to solve customer needs and build lasting relationships. Core responsibilities include order fulfillment and inventory management (pull, fill, pack, set up orders for delivery or pickup; track order status; receive shipments; log into inventory; audits; process returns), customer service (assist with orders, product info, pricing, availability; greet customers professionally; resolve issues or escalate as needed; maintain a clean counter and display area), sales and product knowledge (upsell, stock-appropriate brands, maintain deep product/industry knowledge, follow pricing and credit guidelines; assess customer needs for service level), teamwork and standards (build relationships, collaborate with team, adhere to company policies; perform other duties as assigned).
