Job Summary
Counter Sales Associate at Spectrum Paint Company in Charleston, SC Part-Time. Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone for architectural, commercial, and industrial paint products; assist customers with product selections, color matching, and tinting; prepare orders by mixing/tinting paint; process cash/credit transactions; manage inventory and stock; load/unload products and assist with deliveries using company vehicle; collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations; must have a valid driver’s license, be punctual and dependable, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. High school diploma or GED required; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus; background/MVR checks may be required. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications

- Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and/or MVR check
