Job Summary
Counter Sales Associate at Bosch in Springdale, AR. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries and purchases, operate the POS system, handle cash and cards, maintain a clean counter, restock merchandise, manage inventory, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive shopping experience. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; HVAC knowledge and forklift certification are desirable and training is provided. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience

- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to become forklift certified (training provided)
