Job Summary
Manage customer interactions and order fulfillment by selling products, taking orders, researching parts, and resolving complaints. Support the Branch Manager with compliance checks, loading/unloading deliveries, restocking, and inventory management, including forklift operations where applicable. Maintain safety standards through PPE compliance and incident reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate pricing adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent combined education and experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software is a plus
- HVAC industry experience preferred including warehouse and forklift operations
