Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries and purchases, and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately. Maintain a clean sales counter, restock merchandise, and manage inventory while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision. Resolve customer concerns professionally, demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, and collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping environment. Assist in warehouse operations for shipping and receiving when needed, adhering to all company policies and procedures. This role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of retail experience, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
