Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, process transactions using the POS system, and demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales and meet revenue goals. Maintain a clean, organized counter, handle cash accurately, and resolve customer concerns with empathy. Restock merchandise, assist with inventory management, and support warehouse operations including shipping and receiving. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies and maintaining consistent attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
