Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, process transactions using the POS system, and demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales. Maintain a clean counter, restock merchandise, and handle complaints with empathy while collaborating on team goals. Assist with warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, and adhere to all company policies. This role requires 2+ years of retail experience, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods lifting up to 25 pounds. Located in Guilderland, New York, you will be the welcoming face of Bosch, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to process payments accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
