Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager – Counter Sales role combines leadership and tire sales/service responsibilities. Lead staff, handle customer inquiries, guide customers in selecting tires and services, delegate tasks to technicians, drive shop quality and productivity, manage inventory and invoices, train staff, and ensure a safe, organized store environment while meeting monthly and annual sales goals. Requires 5+ years tire sales/service experience, strong customer service, MS Office/MaddenCo familiarity, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years tire sales/service experience strongly preferred
- Tire Sales and Service Knowledge required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Sales experience a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MaddenCo preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
