Counter Sales

Counter Sales role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. Tasks include greeting customers within three seconds, answering phones, presenting the full line of options, upselling to meet customer needs, knowing products and parts (catalogs, computer system, testing equipment; can handle drums and rotors), managing cash and invoices, handling returns and exchanges per policy, assisting with inventory, and maintaining a positive, team-focused store environment with adherence to safety procedures and dress code.
