Job Summary
Perform all aspects related to parts sales, ordering, updating, and follow-through. Assist customers in selecting required parts using the dealer management system, answer phone calls for price quotes, and review estimates to ensure ordered parts match pricing. Pull and fill orders from stock, track back-ordered items, and replenish fast-moving inventory daily. Notify service advisors and customers regarding special-order delays or progress, issue credit for returns, and retrieve warranty parts. Maintain orderly records of repair orders, invoices, and insurance estimates.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of heavy duty chassis parts experience
- experience with Freightliner
- experience with Spartan
- experience with Ford Class A motor home chassis
- excellent customer service abilities
- strong phone skills
- reliable
- highly organized
- Retail/Parts/Customer service experience
- Prior RV/heavy truck parts experience
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
