Counter Parts Sales Representative

Provide service to customers by phone or in person through sales of heavy-duty parts, determine and obtain heavy-duty parts for customers, suggest related parts for full service, handle warranties/defects, process credits, and maintain product knowledge through catalogs and price sheets. Requires active listening, strong communication, time management, persuasion, and service orientation; duties include determining sales price, handling special orders, and ensuring a clean, organized counter parts area while supporting in-store displays and customer inquiries.
