Counter Parts Sales Representative

Conduct sales of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts by phone or in person, determining customer needs and locating ordered parts from central warehouses or branches. Suggest related parts for full service, determine sales prices per company procedure, and handle warranty or defective parts claims. Write up approved charge sales, process customer returns and credits, and answer inquiries regarding products, prices, and availability. Maintain confidentiality of pricing lists, study catalogs and bulletins during non-selling time, and ensure the counter parts area and display zones remain clean and sales-encouraging. Requires a high school diploma, two years of sales experience, and intermediate Windows XP proficiency.
