Counter Parts Sales Representative

Job Summary
Provide service to customers by phone or in person through sales of heavy-duty parts. Responsibilities include determining customer needs, suggesting related products, locating ordered parts, processing sales and credits, maintaining confidentiality of pricing, and ensuring organization in the counter parts area. Requires strong customer service skills, active listening, and effective communication. Intermediate knowledge of Windows applications is necessary. The position demands lifting up to 50 pounds and handling various physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
- Sales of heavy-duty automotive parts preferred
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge level of Windows XP (excel, word and outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
