Counter Parts Sales Rep

Help determine and obtain heavy-duty parts for customers by phone or in person, suggesting related parts for full service. Locate ordered parts from central warehouses or branches, determine sales prices per company procedure, and handle warranty or defective items. Write up approved charges, process customer returns and credits, and answer questions about products, prices, and availability. Utilize non-selling time to review catalogs, price sheets, and bulletins. Maintain a clean, sales-encouraging display area. Requires a high school diploma, two years of sales experience, and intermediate Windows XP skills. Based in Irving, TX.
