Counter Parts Sales Rep

Help determine and obtain heavy-duty parts for customers as requested by phone or in person. Suggest sales of related parts for full service, locate ordered parts from central warehouses or branches, and determine sales prices in accordance with company procedures. Handle warranty or defective parts, write up approved charges, process credits for returned merchandise, and answer questions about products, prices, and availability. Maintain confidentiality of pricing lists, provide current product catalogs, and ensure the counter parts area is clean and displays encourage sales. Requires a high school diploma, two years of sales experience, and intermediate Windows XP skills.
