Counter Part Sales Representative

Job Summary
Provide service to customers by phone or in person through sales of heavy-duty parts, helping to determine and obtain parts based on customer requests. Responsibilities include suggesting related parts, locating ordered parts from the warehouse, determining sales prices, handling warranty claims, and maintaining confidentiality of pricing. The position requires effective communication skills, active listening, and a service-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Applicants must have a high school diploma and at least two years of sales experience, preferably in heavy-duty automotive parts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales; sales of heavy-duty automotive parts preferred
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Intermediate knowledge level of Windows XP (Excel, Word and Outlook)
