Job Summary
Handle counter transactions in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner while acknowledging every customer with a smile and resolving problems with urgency. Communicate clearly and courteously, participate in team service to ensure quick service, and wrap and stock desserts and supplies. Place desserts out for display, monitor inventory, and keep workstations neat and clean. Maintain food safety standards by identifying and eliminating health code violations. Stand and walk for 3-5 hours without a rest break, occasionally lifting and carrying items, while using manual dexterity to operate equipment. Follow policies and procedures, take directions well, and work within the boundaries of the role to uphold brand integrity and customer service standards.
