Job Summary
Lead Brow and Beauty Experts to hit sales goals while personally connecting with customers to achieve individual and counter targets. Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and drive repeat appointments. Conduct daily team meetings, manage monthly staff rotas, and oversee administrative tasks to optimize store operations and inventory levels. Maintain high hygiene standards for displays and ensure the counter is fully stocked to minimize lost sales opportunities. Act as the key communicator between store and area managers to ensure smooth information flow.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods
- A minimum of 4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Minimum 6 months of management experience
