Job Summary
Counter Manager at La Mer in Edinburgh leading and coaching Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. Responsible for agile business planning to recruit and retain customers via strategic targeting, in-store events, and customer relationship management, while guiding a high-performing team. Role provides exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management and front-line marketing, with opportunities for progression within the beauty industry. Requires effective verbal/written communication, strong customer service, goal-driven execution, team development, diplomacy in handling customer interactions, and the ability to work autonomously within a store environment. Proven retail sales experience and team leadership, with experience in strategic planning and execution, financial planning, and familiarity with computerised systems (including Excel).
