Job Summary
Direct an award-winning counter team at Macy's West Farms Mall to ensure Clarins products are represented effectively and achieve overall retail sales and event goals. Motivate staff to meet daily sales targets, review specific focus product goals, and track personal and BA sales performance daily. Lead through empowerment by teaching by example, assigning counter maintenance duties, and maintaining a daily communication log for in-store events and promotions. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while assessing performance and partnering with Account Executives to resolve issues. Uncover networking and outsourcing opportunities, consistently promote the loyalty program, and demonstrate products to customers in a result-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of successful in-store sales experience
- Managerial experience
- Prior cosmetics experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to review and prepare event schedules
- Ability to meet critical deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability
- Ability to create activity and animation
