Job Summary
Counter/Inside Sales role handling customer orders and entry with focus on fast, accurate order processing, product knowledge growth, and delivering customer-service-led sales solutions for electrical contractors and various customers. Responsibilities include servicing customers by phone/in person, entering stock and transfer orders, maintaining organized sales area, stocking and displaying products, participating in promotions, and building sales opportunities through effective communication and problem-solving. Required skills include strong customer service, excellent communication, good math and computer abilities (Eclipse software a plus), and physical ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs; prior exposure to electrical industry is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
