Counter Help

Provide quick and courteous service to all customers while handling point of sale transactions for cash, credit, and checks. Assist with kitchen tasks such as folding pizza boxes, cutting pizzas, and food prep when needed. Maintain restaurant sanitation including floors, tables, counters, and restrooms, and follow all food safety and hygiene requirements. Complete all assigned department tasks, take phone orders, and maintain open communication with supervisors to ensure efficient operations. Assist with guest complaints by intervening early and notifying the manager immediately.
