Job Summary
Counter employees handle all counter transactions efficiently and friendly while ensuring guests are well taken care of. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately taking guest orders, processing payments, and ensuring order satisfaction. Successful candidates will demonstrate basic math skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to push, pull, and carry objects
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours
- Ability to perform light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force
- Basic math and writing skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Trustworthy with company property
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and dependable
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cash handling preferred
Additional Requirements
- Passed a tuberculosis (TB) skin test within 12 months of the date of hire OR dated/issued at the age of 16 or older
