Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person consultations while accurately processing transactions and creating detailed sales orders and quotes. Coordinate truck deliveries with precision and contribute to inventory management via cycle counts, order picking, staging, and shipping/receiving activities. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with overtime during peak seasons, requiring flexibility and dedication to support delivery timelines. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, and forklift operation experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and internet navigation
- Experience or familiarity with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures
- Capability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 75 lbs regularly, and 50 lbs on a repetitive basis
- Covers Back-up Driver responsibilities in a non-regulated truck
- Ability to work in varied conditions, including warehouses and outdoor environments
- Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed during the peak season
- Capability to pass a pre-employment drug test, driving and background screening
- A high school diploma or equivalent of experience and education
