Job Summary
Prepare and coordinate meeting-related products including technical assessments, white papers, briefing materials, Courses of Action, and contingency plans. Conduct analysis and trade studies to support MDA Systems engineering and analysis expertise for developing new Missile Defense System capabilities. Assist with program and technical efforts for Special Access Programs, including analyzing and assessing SAP information production. Conduct multi-discipline and multi-functional analysis covering technical, budgets, and acquisition. Review technical products to ensure consistency and identify causes of discrepancies in MDS technical performance. Develop EA/EP modeling to support requirements development and refine sensor and system-level Electronic Protection requirements. This role supports the Countermeasures Mitigation Roadmap and strategy for the MDS program, developing technology maturation plans to transfer discrimination and countermeasures mitigation technologies to MDA organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in STEM field
- 12+ years' experience working on missile defense-related or other DoD program / project
- Knowledge and application of systems engineering analysis and process management
- Knowledge and application of the development and review of engineering requirements, CONOPS, and integrated schedules
- Knowledge of MDA Systems Engineering process and Missile Defense fundamentals to include radar limitations
- SME of RADAR to include signal processing, schedulers and object classification, and Electronic Protection
- Active Secret Clearance
- Travel may be required
