Job Summary
Provide Guest First service at the counter and throughout the restaurant, including taking and delivering beverage orders, suggesting items, and ensuring guests feel welcome. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of menu items, wines, beers, and cocktails; adheres to sanitation standards and company policies; maintains an organized workstation; assists fellow team members; follows alcohol service procedures and allergen processes; repeats orders for accuracy, and participates in ongoing training and dress-code/grooming expectations. Responsible for timely, courteous service, upselling opportunities, and contributing to a positive dining experience through friendly, proactive guest interactions and adherence to service guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Alcohol Certification required
- Food Handler’s Certificate as required
