Counter Associate- Pro Wood Finishes

Counter Associate/Representative responsible for customer service activities in-store, selling products to walk-in customers, and proactively calling preferred end-user customers. Duties include receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracking order status and shipments, counter sales to in-store customers, preparing orders for delivery/pick-up, reconciling inventory, maintaining customer records and pricing, and providing sales support to the outside sales team; perform duties of other roles as assigned, service customers and process orders, respond professionally to inquiries, and ensure compliance with waste disposal requirements.
