Counter Associate

Counter Associate in-store role handling customer service, counter sales, and telephone orders with a heavy focus on automotive and specialty coatings. Responsibilities include mixing paint and preparing orders for delivery or pickup, reconciling inventory, maintaining customer records and pricing, providing sales support to the outside sales team, and ensuring professional interactions to meet customer expectations. Additional duties include assisting with other role functions, answering inquiries, processing orders, and disposing of waste in compliance with regulations.
