Job Summary
Part-time Counter Associate at Kith Treats in Honolulu, HI is the face of the shop, delivering an exceptional customer experience with visually captivating and delicious desserts. Responsibilities include mastering plating/presentation techniques, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, managing inventory between customers, applying the brand’s Swirl technique, communicating inventory needs, staying current on brand activations, complying with food safety procedures, and supporting housekeeping and merchandising tasks as needed. The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possibly special projects; ServSafe/food-handling certification and prior food/beverage and cash-handling experience are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Valid ServSafe or Food Handler's certificate or equivalent
- 1-2 years in a food/beverage position
- 1+ years in a customer facing position (preferred)
- 1+ years of cash handling (preferred)
- Availability: evenings, weekends, holidays; flexible scheduling
