Count Team Supervisor - Elko

The Count Team Supervisor role involves overseeing a Soft Count team to ensure accurate drop and count operations and compliance with gaming regulations across multiple properties. Responsibilities include supervising a 2-10 person Soft Count team, coordinating staffing, stepping in to perform drop and count tasks when needed, maintaining count room equipment, ensuring integrity of soft count and drop processes, ongoing training on gaming regulations, and adherence to regulatory forms. Must be able to work in a fast-paced casino environment, lift up to 50 lbs, pass a basic math test, and obtain a Nevada State Gaming Card. Requires high attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a shift that includes early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
