Job Summary
Count Team Member handles counting funds and tickets from slot machines and table games, counts and verifies revenue from food/beverage outlets and other centers, maintains records, ensures security and integrity of drops/collections, follows count procedures and gaming regulations, and participates in training. Requires strong math and cash-handling skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, reliability, teamwork, and eligibility for an Iowa gaming license; position supports casino operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong mathematical and cash-handling abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission gaming license
