Job Summary
Count Team Member in Cage Operations responsible for the count room activities to ensure the integrity of currency and vouchers from casino games, and to comply with Gaming/Lottery regulations. Duties include counting and reconciling funds, preparing documentation for transfers to the Cage/Accounting departments, maintaining security of currency, and delivering extraordinary guest service. Requires accurate counting of denominations, attention to detail, and familiarity with cashiering/banking operations; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; high school education (or equivalent) with on-the-job training, background check, drug screening, and being at least 21 years old. The role emphasizes safeguarding funds, accurate documentation, and contributing to a positive guest experience in a casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain and maintain valid licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations
- Must successfully pass background check
- Must successfully pass drug screening
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
- Education and/or Experience Requirements: High school education or equivalent, plus two months on-the-job training
