Job Summary
Overnight/sunrise role focused on casino drop operations. Responsible for collecting Bill Validator boxes from slot machines, performing drop set up and BV replacement, transporting BV carts to the soft count room, and balancing funds. Duties include sorting, counting, and recording contents of table game and currency drop boxes, generating daily reports, operating currency counter equipment, conducting basic repairs, performing weekly/monthly inventory counts, dropping and replenishing NRT terminals, and building NRT cassettes as needed. Requires Mississippi Gaming License (or ability to obtain), flexibility for grave shifts, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and strong attention to detail within a fast-paced, team-oriented casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- Mississippi Gaming License or ability to obtain one
- Flexibility to work any shift, most specifically grave shift
- Basic mechanical (repair) ability preferred
- Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, grip and kneel repetitively and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to carry Bill Validator boxes filled with currency or push/pull carts with currency with assistance as needed
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be detail oriented and possess basic math skills
- Must be able to work under constant surveillance
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Must adhere to uniform/appearance requirements
- Ability to interact positively with diverse team members
- Able to follow direction from Senior Leadership
- English literacy (read, write, and speak) sufficient to perform job
