Job Summary
Counselor in Dallas, TX responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive developmental guidance and counseling program; provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic, career, personal, and social growth; teach campus guidance curriculum; assist teachers with guidance-related instruction; interpret assessments and communicate results to students, parents, and staff; coordinate resources with school and community partners; maintain records and reports; supervise counseling staff as applicable; engage in program evaluation, referrals, and professional development to uphold ethical and legal standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Guidance Counseling
- Valid Texas counseling certificate
- At least three (3) years teaching experience
