Job Summary

Collaborate with clients, families, and parents to identify goals, improve coping skills, and develop evidence-based psychotherapy treatment plans. Complete comprehensive diagnoses, required assessments, and annual renewals while documenting all clinical progress notes by Sunday night. Review psychotherapy plans at 90, 180, and 270-day intervals and communicate pertinent treatment information to the multidisciplinary team and supervisor. Report abuse as needed and comply with insurance carrier requirements. Maintain all required documentation including licensure and enhanced background checks. Work from Individualized Treatment Plans using evidence-based techniques, with immediate need for child therapy experience.

  • Licensed psychologist
  • Licensed psychologist extender
  • Licensed MSW
  • Licensed LCSW
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
  • Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Pass an enhanced background check
  • Child Therapy experience
  • Willingness to see children and adults
  • Working from a client's Individualized Treatment Plan
  • Counsel individuals, couples, and families as assigned using evidence-based treatment techniques
  • Complete Comprehensive Diagnoses for clients
  • Complete required assessments for qualifying clients
  • Determine objectives and tasks for clients
  • Develop Psychotherapy treatment plan
  • Attend all required meetings and trainings
  • Document and submit all clinical progress notes by the following Sunday night at 11:59 PM
  • Review counseling clients' psychotherapy plan every 90, 180, & 270 days
  • Perform annual renewals for assigned clients
  • Submit applicable documentation within the appropriate timeframe
  • Comply with any Insurance Carrier requirements to treat
  • Communicate pertinent treatment information to client, family, multidisciplinary team, and supervisor(s)
  • Report abuse as needed
  • Maintain all required documentation for employee file including a current enhanced background check and licensure
