Job Summary
Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines. Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques, assist with treatment planning, and review progress toward treatment goals. Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team by attending required staff and multidisciplinary meetings. Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record while adhering to regulatory and company compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum
- Consistent with state-level regulation and requirements, at minimum Bachelors Degree
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a relevant field
